The Pre-Registration Form and Pre-Registration Payment Guideline for the 2009 Annual Conference is available in two formats below.

Notes regarding registration:

For this year’s meeting in Fairbanks, your 3-day registration will include the Opening Reception, lunch on Tues. & Wed., Tues. night’s Social, and Wed. night’s banquet. Additional banquet tickets for guests can be purchased on the pre-registration form or can be purchased on-site.

Those that are only attending for one day can take advantage of the one day registration fee, which provides you with that day's presentations, coffee and snacks at breaks and a program.

If you register prior to October 8 you are entitled to an early registration discount (check-out the specifics in the pre-registration form below).

Student members assisting with the meeting (i.e., registration, slide projector, etc.) will have registration fees waived. Contact Shelley for details (shelleywoods@gmail.com: 907-699-7435 (phone or text). Student non-members are required to pay the full non-member registration fee.

Registration fees are less expensive for members of AFS. Non-members may join AFS and the Chapter at time of registration and register at member’s rate (see the pre-registration form for details).  Alternatively, you can Join Online Here, and provide a copy of the on-line receipt with your registration.

Don't forget to buy a Wednesday evening banquet ticket for that special guest but you must have registered for at least one day to buy a banquet ticket.

Registration for the Continuing Education workshops is also included in the Pre-registration form (below), SPACE IS LIMITED and is on a first-come-first served basis, so register as early as possible.

**** NOTE THAT All participants (including speakers and presenters) are required to pay the conference registration fee.****

Completed Pre-registration Forms should be processed as noted in the Pre-registration Payment Guideline below.
